Vi tek personvernet ditt på alvor og behandlar personopplysningar i samsvar med personopplysningslova og EUs personvernforordning (GDPR).

Desse dataene vert berre nytta til samla statistikk for å forbetre drifta og brukaropplevinga. Dataene kan ikkje identifisere deg som enkeltperson.

     

  • Kontaktskjema: Når du sendar ein forespørsel via kontaktskjemaet på nettsida, samlar vi inn opplysningane du fyller ut (namn, e-postadresse, telefonnummer og melding). Desse opplysningane vert berre nytta til å svare på og handtere forespørselen din.

     

  • Bookingsystem (Sirvoy): Ved reservasjon av hytte vert bookinga handtert via vår integrerte bookingmotor frå Sirvoy Limited. Personopplysningane dine (namn, adresse, e-post, telefonnummer og opphaldshistorikk) vert lagra trygt på Sirvoy sine eksterne serverar.

     

  • Betalingsløysing og kortinformasjon (Stripe): Betalingar og lagring av bank- og kortinformasjon skjer kryptert og trygt via betalingsleverandøren Stripe. Stripe handterer alle kortdata i samsvar med dei strengaste internasjonale tryggleiksstandardane (PCI-DSS). Sognefjord Cabins lagrar aldri fullstendige kortnummer eller finansiell informasjon på sine eigne serverar.

     

  • Tredjepartswidgets (Elfsight og Google Reviews): Vi nyttar ein app-widget frå Elfsight for å vise tilbakemeldingar frå Google Reviews på nettsida. Slike innbygde widgets kan samle inn teknisk informasjon (som anonymisert IP-adresse) eller nytte nødvendige informasjonskapslar (cookies) for at visninga skal fungere optimalt.
